Q: I'm interested in purchasing a Super Celebration CD. What is the first thing I need to do?

A: Please listen to the audio demos, then review the various packages we offer. Each one includes many common elements, such as news and sports headlines, pop culture and trivia. It's the personalized messages from friends and loved ones that make each CD unique. It is also helpful to click the IDEAS button for suggestions regarding the creation of your CD.
 

Q: I would like to purchase one of the CDs as a surprise for someone in my household, but they could see my e-mail, PayPal or credit card purchase records. What should I do?

A: We're very familiar with this situation. Please contact us by e-mail or phone. Let us know how and when to safely contact you so that your gift may remain a surprise. We will discuss the options that will keep your Super Celebration CD project from becoming known to the recipient. If you send us an e-mail from an account that could be seen, be sure to delete the e-mail from your "Sent Items" folder after sending us instructions on how to contact you privately.
 

Q: After I select a package, how do I place an order?

A: You may click PURCHASE on the button bar at the top of any webpage. You may also click the PURCHASE button on the PACKAGES page following each of the descriptions and demo buttons. You will then have the option to click BUY NOW for the package of your choice, with buttons specific to your choice of payment method - credit card, PayPal, check or money order. Additional instructions will follow to guide you through the order confirmation process.



Q: How will I send you all the information you need to produce my custom CD?

A: We will provide additional instructions in the confirmation e-mail you will receive after placing an order. We have also prepared a worksheet for each package to help you gather the information we need to customize your CD. You may download any of these worksheets from the IDEAS page. The worksheet is in the Adobe Portable Document Format (Adobe PDF). If you do not have the Adobe Reader, you may also download one for free from this same page.



Q: I'm unable to reach everyone I would like to be included on the CD, but I don't want to delay getting started. What should I do?

A: Provide as many contacts as you have, and we can get started. You can call us or e-mail us as soon as you have any additional names and phone numbers. We provide a seven day time frame after ordering for providing all the necessary contact information. If you have already placed an order, please send additional information to: sales@supercelebration.com.

Q: How do you record the messages for my CD?

A: We contact each participant, then record all messages over the phone from our studio using professional broadcast equipment. To obtain the best audio quality for each greeting, we recommend the use of a telephone in a quiet environment, with music and TVs turned off.



Q: How will each person know what to say on the CD?

A: We suggest that everyone recording a message get an idea of what they would like to say ahead of time. It often makes a message more meaningful to the recipient when the person recalls a special memory, and expresses their feelings in a heartfelt, or even humorous way. If anyone is having difficulty coming up with something to say, please direct them to our website. Hearing the audio demos will often spur ideas of their own. They may also click the IDEAS button for additional tips for recording custom messages.



Q: I see that the packages include messages from a fixed number of people in the basic price. What if I would like to include more participants on the finished CD?

A: Make a list of everyone you would like to be included on your custom CD. Each message over the basic number of ten is an additional $7.00, based on the studio time involved in recording each person's greeting.  We suggest contacting everyone ahead of time to explain the concept, and invite them to visit our website. Also, be sure to secure their consent to be recorded over the phone and to be included on the CD.. We are available to help guide you through this process and answer questions that may arise as the project develops. We will send you an invoice for the additional charges when your list is complete.



Q: Can you create a CD for the holidays, an office party, or even a bridal shower?

A: Absolutely! We can modify any package to suit just about any occasion. Some of the elements would naturally change depending on your unique situation. A holiday CD might be filled with messages for loved ones far away. For an office party, the most important year may be when your company was founded. It may include messages from employees who may otherwise be reluctant to speak before a large crowd. For a bridal shower, the most significant year may be when the couple met. Messages may include ones from those in attendance, as well as from those who are unable to be there. Please contact us and we will provide details and pricing for your custom package.



Q: What if I want additional copies of the CD, either for friends or to sell at the event?

A: There is an additional charge of $5.00 per CD. If you want a large quantity, please contact us. Your order may be eligible for a quantity discount.  You do not have to decide right away how many extra copies you want. We have found that the number of CDs people want changes as the project develops. Therefore, we will send you an invoice when you provide us with an exact total of CDs you would like to order.



Q: If the CD's are sold at our event, can we charge more than $5.00 when we sell them?

A: Yes. You can charge whatever you like. These CDs are always popular at reunions and office parties, and can be used to generate additional funds to help offset the cost of the event.



Q: How long does it take to get a Super Celebration CD produced?

A: There are many variables involved for each custom production. It may take up to 4 weeks to contact the people, record their individual messages, create the presentation, and produce the CDs. We will provide you with the best possible estimate for completion when you order.
